USI Industrial Services provides mechanical construction work for capital projects and turnaround projects.
Our primary expertise is with cyclical unit outage work in major refineries around the United States. This type of work is considered some of the most difficult and critical work in the industry and we thrive in this environment.We are a general contractor that executes many craft disciplines including pipe fabrication, pipe installation, pressure vessel installation and repair, heat exchanger installation and repair and grass roots projects.
PROJECT PLANNING
Prior to a project’s execution date, the USI Industrial team will arrive at your site for project development. During this time, we begin developing the overall plan, the project goals and the budget parameters. We work hand-in-hand with your engineering, operations and lead maintenance teams to begin researching, developing work packages and exploring every constructability concept to ensure the highest level of execution for safety and quality.
STAMPS
USI Industrial Services holds four stamps authorized by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBIC) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME):
- The “R” Stamp: Approved by the NBIC for the repair and alteration of boilers, pressure vessels and other similar items.
- The “S” Stamp: Certified by the ASME for pipe fabrication, pipe repair and power piping (power generation units).
- The “U” Stamp: Certified by the ASME for a fabrication shop or field team to build pressure vessels.
- The “PP” Stamp: Certified by the ASME for pipe fabrication.
